The transition to the hybrid workplace provides a once-in-a-generation-only opportunity to reshape the modern workplace to succeed in whatever the Next Normal brings –from both a business and a human perspective

MWI Mission

The Mission of the Modern Workplace Institute is to help the world of work successfully adapt to the Next Normal Workplace – focusing on:

  1. The remote/hybrid work environment
  2. The technology-driven workplace

7 Pillars of The Modern Workplace Institute

  1. ADAPTING DURING TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY – Fostering Individual, Team, and Organizational Resilience and Transformation

  3. ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY & CHANGES IN THE HYBRID WORKPLACE
  4. ACKNOWLEDGING THE CONNECTION AND IMPORTANCE OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION (DE&I) – And how the workplace, workers, and leaders are impacted by Unconscious Bias
  5. CONDUCTING SURVEYS & STUDIES – Organizational Assessment, Effectiveness, & Restructuring

Words of Wisdom

“The future requires a different approach. It involves focus on customer experience, an empowered hybrid workforce, and a new kind of leadership: a “design leadership” approach that is empathetic, sensing, and strategic. It combines human-centric design with service and product excellence as a key driver of differentiation. This will help organizations move toward becoming a “virtual enterprise,” using interconnected technology across the organization that enables operation through disruptions, empowers engaged employees, and results in loyal customers.”
